Location, lobby and bar area.
I didn’t like how basic the rooms and facilities are, no extras such as water, glasses any bathroom accessories. You could buy water at the bar to take to the room but was really expensive. 1st room I was given was really smelly and had a view of the roundabout, I did pay for a room with a view, admittedly they changed it straight away when I said I wasn’t happy with it to the 7th floor with a better view!

Disappointing
The location of the Hotel was very good everything was in walking distance, up the hill to the old town and across the bridge to more shops, the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.
The Hotel I feel lacked a personal touch, you had to buy water for the room no fridge to put anything in, The bathroom had a funny smell we should have said something but we were only using the room to sleep in.

Good shower. Nice view with double aspect windows. Good choice for breakfast although it was served in rooms that had low tables making eating a bit difficult.
on arrival the room was cold and the heating was switched off. However the staff found us a portable heater. No wardrobe although the room was big enough to fit one in. No shelf space in bathroom for toilet bags

Location was perfect. The only good thing about this hotel.
Room was tiny and the wet room/toilet minute. Only polystyrene cups for coffee and the same cups to be used for water as well. The pictures on Booking.com are not true to the rooms allocated. Receptionists not caring about the complaints from guests. We would definitely not recommend

All the staff were extremely friendly. The room we had was very clean and comfortable and we had a great view of the city.
The only little thing was there could have been more coffee.. only enough for one coffee each
