The vibe. Its location is excellent. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spotless. All round nice hotel.
Nothing really. Breakfast could do better but I guess thats the trade off.

Location location location. Close to transport. The view from the room. Size of the rooms. Everyone was friendly.
The first night there was no heating in the room so it was very cold. Asked at reception and told there was a heating engineer coming to fix it.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and quiet.
Nothing much to complain about except getting to the Royal Mile was a climb! We got our exercise! But it was convenient to Waverly Train Station.
