Hotel is in an ideal location for navigating through Edinburgh. Front staff was friendly and allowed us to have an early check in.
No air condition in the room which was very warm. I opened the windows due to this, but there were no screens so many flies/gnats came in the room.

Very good location, very close to the royal mile! The rooms were comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. If you get there early you can leave your luggage too which was super helpful after an early flight.
Some water in the rooms would be appreciated. Other than that everything was perfect.

Location was great, Right outside the train station! Price was fantastic as everywhere was a fortune! Room had everything you needed in it! Decent shower, usb chargers, kettle and tv. Plenty hanging spaces for clothes. Bar was open till 2am!
The air con wasn’t great and room was very stuffy!

Location is 10/10; plus you are into the Royal mile within 5 mins walking distance.
Multiple excellent bars and restaurants close by; plus the Motel One bars never disappoint.
We got a top floor room and days were quite hot, so the room was super hot and the air conditioning didn’t work, and they didn’t manage to fix it despite we reporting it two times
