Fab location, beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Nothing was a problem always willing to help.
Think there should be free biscuits on the coffee and tea station in all rooms. Hot breakfast, even if was only hot breakfast roll.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and professional, and they were extremely helpful when I had a family situation. They kindly assisted me with a refund for two nights, which I really appreciated.
