The property was in the perfect location for train station, Christmas markets and had practically everything you wanted in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made our stay easy and enjoyable. No hassle.

The location was right across from the train station so was perfect for travelling. The hotel was very clean. The room decor is so cozy and perfect for Scotland.
The bed was not the comfiest, the pillows were not comfortable at all and the mattress was so hard.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, we were able to check in a bit earlier and the bed was so comfortable.

Room was very cold we told reception twice who instructed us to use the panel on the wall for a/c heat still no luck.
