Our Edinburgh trip got off to a bad start with an awful Airbnb. Motel One turned this all around for us with their fantastic hospitality and staff. Incredible customer service, location, views and rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although upgrading was taking place throughout the hotel we found it still welcoming and comfortable.
Considering the breakfast menu was much reduced we thought a reduction in the cost would have been in order.

Wonderful
This was my second time at Motel One Princes and I chose it for the excellent, central location. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The young lady working at the reception was very kind and welcoming.
Generally speaking, hotel accommodation in Edinburgh is extremely expensive. The breakfast was disappointing with very little variety and should be improved. One would expect a much better breakfast for 280 € per night.
