Great location, able to store bags at reception
The room we were given was quite pokey and had a small window overlooking a building site. We asked to swap rooms as we had come for a special occasion but were told there were no different rooms in our category and it would be a quiet room. Sadly we were disturbed on the first night by loud music from a nearby bar/club and woken up around 6am the following night by the construction site opposite. After finally being moved to another room for the final night, we were again disturbed in the morning by construction noises from the hotel's own refurbishments.

Very expensive for one night especially as there were renovations happening.

We have stayed on several occasions so know the standards are good as is the situation of the accommodation.
There were renovations going on this time so lounge area was more limited but in fairness were notified in advance after we had already booked.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, nice shower and enclosure. Really fun approach to hard and soft boiled eggs at breakfast!

The location is good - right opposite Waverly train station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy.
There were renovations going on which were noisy. I double checked that the hotel had good wifi, as I had to host a webinar while I was there, but it wouldn't work at all, even after the staff rebooted it. I had to use mobile data as a hotspot.

Friendly, helpful staff. Central location close to the station and city centre. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Reception have taxi service on call.
Room was quite small and too warm. No room service to provide an iron ("you can collect at reception"). Breakfast room is a bit gloomy

The location was very good, the breakfast was very functional. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Overall, it was a very good and pleasant experience.
Hot breakfast would have been a good addition.
