Perfect location. Amazing rooms with views
Cocktail menu was good but a lot of them they did not have. WiFi none existent, although they did say there was an issue with it

Very clean, big bed and very close to everything, hotel bar was also very nice and cosy. Staff were amazing and very accommodating.
Minimal noise heard from outside in rooms.
Parking in st James quarter was also great, very easy to access and affordable with the discount offered by the hotel.
Would highly recommend this hotel!
The aircon was very temperamental. One night it would work, the next it didn’t making the room very hot at times.

Location was excellent just across the road from the railway station and a very short walk to the city bus tours stop. The bedroom & en-suite was plenty big enough for my solo use and was very clean being fully serviced every morning. The included continental breakfast was very good. 2 lifts so never a long wait.

Hotel was very clean, great location and staff actually looked happy and helpful unlike most hotels

Friendly, helpful staff. They went over and above to help. Always cheerful and welcoming too. Spotlessly clean room, good continental breakfast. Very nice bar to relax in after a busy day. Great location just off Princes Street. I would stay there again without hesitation.
Lots of great restaurants close by.
I didn't find anything to dislike. Maybe more shelf space in the shower for your own toiletries. That's a minor issue though.

The location was great. The motel was centrally located, so it was very close to transportation, tourist attractions, and shopping centers. It was very comfortable. The cleanliness was good. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The heating system in the room was cold, so we were cold at night.
