Convenient location and reasonably quiet in the rooms. Rooms were basic but comfortable. And the breakfast was great.

Comfortable, firm mattress! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice, there were vegan options.
Wifi was not the strongest.

Great location. Lifts were fast, front office staff helpful.
Lighting options were limited, either all on or just the ones over the bed. No AC on a warm summer evening, meant we had to crack the windows, which was a bit noisy.

Location was great. Room was nice. They put us in an accessible room, which while large, did not have a nice view. Only complaint. Check in folks were very helpful and friendly.

Disappointing
The location was great The girl at reception was really lovely and very friendly.
We arrived to find that major works were being carried out at the hotel which meant the bar area and lobby was semi out of use and the noise was horrendous.

Great location for train station, st James centre and lots of food and drink places. Room was spotless. We did a late bus tour and was able to get a just eat delivery to the hotel which was very comfortable in our room. Refurb was happening while there so look forward to coming back and seeing it
