Nearby the train station and most nice street in Edinburgh
No A/c , no amenities provided and noise level at midnight from street was heard . Surprised When 12:00 checkout time on 13th ,three of hotels stuff nocking the room doors and they open it by master key while i am still in preparing to leave with my luggage

I’ve been before. Due to it location in princess stre and next to Edinburgh station
Renovation going on. In 3rd floor .Although I made early reservations but unfortunately they want me to be In the 1 floor level where it disturbed by noises from late night street people and then gave later a room where no proper ventilation or a/c in 4 th floor

Wonderful staff checked me in. Super helpful guiding me through Apple Pay, my first time using it. The room was so spacious and comfortable, I wish I'd had more time to stay! Super quiet, great bathroom and I had a great sleep. Appreciated the 12 noon check-out time.

Location was great. Easy to get everywhere.
To be fair it is under renovation but the facilities all felt dated beyond the parts under renovation - the room was very bare and lacking in amenities.
