Staff were very nice in person, location is touristy but close to everything and transit is easy
Wasn’t clean - our bedsheets were stained and there was a persistent urine smell. We informed staff but haven’t received any help

Fantastic location in the city. Close to the Royal Mile as well as the shopping on Princes St - but mostly, just steps away from Waverly train station making it really easy with luggage. We booked a city view room and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was comfortable and no complaints for our layover stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambience was warm and inviting, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were courteous, professional, well-trained, and always willing to help with a smile. They made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.
We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Fantastically located. Reception staff was very welcoming. Room was clean, bed was v comfortable and v good shower.
