Lovely rooms. Good location, great area but immediate location was quiet at night which suited me. Great staff especially front desk Apurbo who got my checkout invoice all ready to go as I was delayed when breakfast area was full.
Very busy at breakfast as a coach trip was in leading to a 10-15 min wait

Stay was comfortable . Haymarket station is just 10pm to walk . Plenty of pubs around . Staffs are approaching.

Staff were welcoming and helpful in organising a 6am wake up call for the following morning so I could get to the airport on time after explaining I was having issues with my phone. Location is very good and is about 10 or so minutes walk from the Haymarket train station so has easy access to the buses and trams used for access to the Airport. I've stayed nearby last year so it was great seeing sites and places I knew so was very quick to find my way back onto princes Street in Edinburgh and all the shops and places to eat. Staff made me feel welcome and provided excellent service and made checking in and out a very quick and friendly service. I'm looking forward to returning to Edinburgh in the future and I will definitely be looking to come back to Mecure again in the future.
The only thing I noticed was there was two elevators on the ground floor by reception, one of which I accidentally used which was one that was meant to be used by staff but I didn't know until after I was returning to the hotel after being out. I only found out it was staff use only after I was already on my way to my floor. There was only one small sign in the elevator to say staff use only, but nothing outside the elevator to say it was staff use only. Apart from getting confused by the elevator everything else was amazing.

Nice comfortable room. You can regulate the temperature. The blackout curtains gave me the best sleep I have had for some time. Good range of breakfast items and efficient breakfast.
More television channels would be good.

Perfect location not far from old town.
Staff very helpful.
On Tuesday evening the restaurant was closed. There was no information about that. There is a menu in the elevator with no info about openning days.

Nice clean hotel on the bus route to the city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff helpful if not overly helpful
On sunday my friend needed an ambulance due to a heart issue. But we were told to order a taxi instead.
I felt that the staff didnt want an ambulance at the hotel or else fill out the paper work.
For heart issues ambulances are on site within 10mins luckily he got to A&E with out an issue.
Breakfast was only ok. Sausage were dry and tasteless amd bacon over done. Just felt for the type of hotel the breakfast felt cheap and a let down.

We liked everything about these place. All of the employers are very helpful for evertything and they were so kind. Even when we had a misunderstanding about out our room's cleaning time they helped us immediately. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much.
Actually maybe our room's toilet door is a little bit different. It was sliding doors and when you try to close the door there is an open space. It is not fitted. However it is an architectal problem.
