Good location, decent sized twin rooms. Check in staff were very friendly, chatty and polite. Hotel appeared to be modern and clean on arrival
I didn't particularly enjoy the overwhelming stench of human sewage emanating from the bathroom drains when we returned to our room at 3am, the solution being a can of air freshener which was brought up swiftly by our friendly yet powerless night porter. No alternative room available as booking was during August.
I didn't enjoy the lack of full refund, or the fact it took several weeks plus the requirement to chase up the manager for him to finally sort out the 50% refund he promised on one of our rooms as a result of the unsanitary stench. For the price, there has to be better alternatives available....avoid

The room was brilliant - such high standard and the bed was extremely comfortable. The towel bath robes and slippers were a brilliant touch. It had everything and more! Bathroom was also big and all really clean.

You could open an actual window in your room. Staff where very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
The room could of done with a lick of paint , carpet could do with being replaced. And the bathroom floor has lifted. Other than that was a great stay.

Very good location and room was very clean. Receptionist (male) was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a room on the GF knowing that we had a lot of bags.
The shower stream was not that strong and one of the knobs controlling the temperature of the water was not working.
