It was clean
Wifi was rubbish and location although close to castle as promised was nit close to good restaurants. Their restaurant was booked out by a coach tour with no prior warning to other guests! The room was incredibly hot and air conditioning was not making a difference. It was not hot weather either.

Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, very clean.
Everything was fabulous except for the bed which was Very hard and uncomfortable. A softer mattress would have lead to a perfect rating.

Breakfast is perfect, even better than I thought. The croissants are dangerously good. Sainsbury’s and Tesco are easy to reach, which makes you feel comfortable

Amazing stay, perfect for what we needed! The front desk and reservation staff were beyond helpful with everything we needed. Room was clean and comfortable and location was great. Close to the city centre - old and new town - as well as shops and train stations. Thank you!
