Buffet breakfasts was not being stocked as quickly as guests eating, so I found after a large bus tour of Americans the pickings were slim.

The location was great. A short walk to the Edinburgh castle. Many restaurants and pubs within walking distance so it was very convenient

The young people who did breakfast were exceptional and so calm with extremely busy service! Kudos!
WiFi didn't work very well which was a bit hard as I had work to accomplish. Good if water provided can be a bit larger during warm weather

The place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near a mini grocery and restaurants. The staff were very supportive. when I asked for a comb, they gave me one without hesitation, even though we hadn’t checked in yet.
It’s a bit far from the bus stops, but still walkable if you enjoy walking.

Lack or room amenities and strange sliding door which covered access to bathroom and wardrobe. it is potentially dangerous
