The place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near a mini grocery and restaurants. The staff were very supportive. when I asked for a comb, they gave me one without hesitation, even though we hadn’t checked in yet.
It’s a bit far from the bus stops, but still walkable if you enjoy walking.

Reasonable location to city centre, friendly staff
There was virtually NO WIFI at all during our stay (12th - 14 April) which is very poor to say the least for is what is supposedly a 4 star hotel although I think 4 stars was pushing it. I went to Tromso (Northern Norway) a month earlier and the 3 star accommodation there was better

Bathroom facilities were beautiful but did not accommodate your toiletries...no where to put them... Unable to access your clothes after a shower.

Breakfast was good, didn't hear much noise from other rooms. Air con worked fine. Mattress nice and firm.
Room was small, lighting wasn't great and the stairways smelt bad - humid and mouldy. Bathroom floor wasn't stuck down and the awful sliding bathroom door (shared between the wardrobe and the bathroom) had a dodgy repair using one of the wooden door cards screwed to it. TV was very small and couldn't access any TV listings to see what was on. View out the window was of a concrete wall and an office block. Iron wasn't a steam iron. Plastic vinyl headboard squeaked/creaked against the pillows if you moved at all!

The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice
Location was close to the Conference Centre where I was attending an event. Reception staff were helpful
I had a meal in the restaurant, which was a bit disappointing.
