The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice
Location was close to the Conference Centre where I was attending an event. Reception staff were helpful
I had a meal in the restaurant, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was perfect size and had everything you needed, plus a few luxuries that made me feel special, like the mini fridge and coffee machine.
Nothing really. The only comment I would make is the bathroom smells a little damp.

Smart, tidy .
No internet that night.
The subsidized park was hard to find & once found the entrance was hard to find. Written instructions would have been much better. It was some blocks away so walking to & from was not ideal

I booked breakfast and when I am taking the foods one of the male staff came and shouted me that you took wrong spoon it’s not the correct one ( RUDE ) and he went to wash , I taken that mistakenly I was insulted , there was so many guests , I was so unhappy

Staff are reception always helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy and the room had everything I needed. Was given a late checkout when I asked.
Breakfast was full at 7.15 - not sure what you can do about that - extend tables into bar area? One of the lifts was out of order which made going to/from room slightly slower.
