Disappointing
Location was nice.
Rooms did not have proper doors, just a sliding panel shared with the closet. All the noise and smell get in the room, no privacy at all. It was smelling already when we entered the room ans smell didn’t disappear 48 hours despite of the open windows.
Breakfast was okish except the horrible coffee and orange juicy thingy.
It was the most expensive stay for a budget hotel (350+ Euros/night) and definitely not worth that money.

Wonderful
Everything was perfect, comfortable stay, the room was very clean and comfortable and bigger than most of the hotels in the UK, there was a shortage of staff but they were very helpful. Happy to choose Mercure.
The price is a bit high for just a room without breakfast or anything.
