Very spacious, clean and well equipped in a quiet part of town yet close to shops, cafes and transport links.
Miniscule washbasin in the small bathroom.
Toiletries provided was an almost empty antibacterial liquid handsoap- strangely out of kilter with the more upmarket ambiance of this apartment. Not good value for money during Edinburgh festival.
Very unwelcoming to refuse to let luggage be stored early on the arrival day. Also unpleasant to demand a large deposit 250 against breakages.

Small bathroom. Kitchen crockery, cutlery and utensils not clean. No dishwasher. No two sheets on the bed after asking in advance.

The worst property ever,we run away about 11 pm from apartment because the temperature in room was same then outside.

With family on street in 11pm outside temperature was-5 c

The location at the West End was perfect for buses and trams, close to everything I wanted. Access is easy, with only a couple of steps up from the street. The living room was bright and sunny, the bedroom comfortable and perfectly quiet at night. Cathy, the lady who greeted me was very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.
I was not impressed with the standard of cleaning in the kitchen prior to my arrival, and the heating did not work for most of my stay. Communications from the hosts were not that helpful and the welcome book could be much improved (and left where it can be found).

Location, spacious apartment
Lack of maintenance! Equipment needing repair - clasp on clothes dryer door, temperature regulator in washing machine, bypass toggle on shower, one element on cooktop. Not enough glasses, and horrid wine glasses. Hot water was very hot and without mixer taps, so difficult to use.

The location is excellent. It was warm and clean and had a comfy bed. The staff were helpful
The flat is gloomy partly because its so badly lit. - just two dim bulbs hanging from the ceiling in the big sitting room so impossible to read when it gets dark. The washbasin in the small shower room measures c 8 x 5 inches! Some of the equipment e.g saucepans , cushions and crockery are old and shabby. The place needs an interior makeover
