Staff were really friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to visit. They also gave us free cocktail for my friends birthday.
It was like a bit out of the main city but you could still get a tram 2 mins away.

The staff were particularly friendly and efficient and the hotel is in a great location.
Like everything but, personally, I prefer a walk in shower as I found the bath quite deep to climb into - but that’s just a minor thing and personal to me.

Location was perfect, away from the hustle and bussle with lovely bars and restaurants and only a few tram stops to the city. We had a continental breakfast tray brought to our room on the first morning, which was just perfect then on our second morning we had breakfast in the dining room which had everything u could want and a perfect cooked to order hot options, the menu was lovely, something for everyone. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble and they all seemed really happy in their jobs which you don't get very often nowadays. Loved our stay and this is where we will stay on our next visit.
The only very small issue we had was the room was very dark as it was painted gray, looks lovely tho.

It was a peaceful location but easy to get to the centre. We used both the tram and taxi during our stay.
All was good.
If I had to be really picky, I was slightly cold during dinner but that’s because I was under the air conditioning unit but it didn’t spoil our meal and I’m sure if I’d asked to move the staff would have accommodated as there was some empty tables.

Everything. Service was polite friendly efficient, the food was very good and the breakfast was excellent.
Perhaps another coffee machine, as there were issues during breakfast with it, but a minor point.
