Staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable and the dog things were lovely
Our room had no view, it was too warm and boilers were a constant noise but we weren't in for too long so it wasn't so bad.

The staff were helpful/friendly. The building is beautiful to look at. Our room was big/grand, clean, functional.
We did not try the food, so can't comment on that. I personally would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than the coffee maker, as my son likes pot noodles lol.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, and the facilities are excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional and the quality of food and drinks are also excellent.
I was in room 201, first door from the elevator on the 2nd floor and all you could hear every time the elevator went up or down was an irritating squeaky noise that stopped me sleeping at all. The room wax also hot with limited ventilation, due to the window’s proximity to the already noisy elevator

I loved the location and while it was outside the centre it was very accessible to all areas.Rooms are really comfortable and clean.Staff are friendly and helpful.I liked the idea of trading towels for a drink voucher.

The pub had a very small beer option, small menu but good food. Great pubs and restaurants in the close proximity to hotel.
Remove the bright pink couch in Reception and a general refurbishment of the entrance area.

My mum has mobility problems and has a disabled badge. The parking was at the back of the building and too far for her to walk. I had to drive back to the front door and drop her off then park the car and carry our bags to front door . The front doors were heavy and no automatic opening.
On our second day the lift was being serviced, although the receptionist was very helpful we had to walk around the back rooms of the hotel and use the service lifts. This was very inconvenient as we were on the fourth floor.

The view from the room was not nice. We were offered a reduced cost upgrade at check in and would have accepted if we had been staying longer than 1 night.
