Location is superb, parking is a big plus, connections to the city centre are great, the hotel was great value and a place we will definitely use again.
It was exceptionally hot, and there was no AC. It wasn't a big issue, and I would imagine a rare problem in Leith.

Breakfast below average, toliet can not working properly, no slippers or nothing, lots of noise all the time during the night. For the price of 350 eur/night you should expect something much much better,very disappointing...!

Enjoyed the bath tube and shower. Large room. Even with my windows wide open it was quiet in the evening. Restaurant had amazing food.
