Great location, very large room
Decor slightly tired, plumbing system not great / noisy. The shower pressure and temperature were not very good.

We upgraded to a club room - excellent facilities and very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location, spacious room
We were given an ‘upgrade’ - which meant a move to the top floor of the hotel, which is not served by a lift. We have a 6 month old, so lifting the pram up and down the last flight of stairs was not ideal. We asked for room on a floor serviced by a lift but were told it was no longer possible (presumably our originally booked room was occupied)

Bar table were messy with uncleared plates & glasses

Iron in our room marked my husbands shirt ( going to wedding )
Breakfast was disappointing compared to our last visit cooked food was dry
Also room service menu couldn’t access as website was down

Location is not amazing but there are a couple good restaurants around. It takes about 30 minutes to get into Old Town.

Staff friendly. A quirky property. Excellent breakfast.
Offered dinner special on arrival, but due to external bookings also given 1/2hr to eat otherwise there was no room. Had to eat off-site. Tried to book for a couple of nights later, same problem with large external bookings. Sunny eve unable to sit outside with a drink after work because of private bookings and frontage table/chairs cordoned off. This was not a cheap place to stay, and although the staff were very apologetic when I expressed dissatisfaction, they couldn't do anything. Room a bit 'tired'. Overall not what I had expected for the price paid.
