Loved having the m club room close to b get coffee or water
Pillows were too plump and hard. Ned soft alternative. Also duvet was too warm. Asked for a sheet and remade the bed but stafftook it away next day. Ended up l peninf window

I requested to stay up to 1 am cause i have a train later they refused , the way they treated the way they talk is not so professional to me

This hotel was fabulous. Clean well stocked. The pillows were so comfortable. The staff was above helpful and attentive. Beautiful Hotel!

Lovely very comfortable hotel in great quiet location just off the end of the Royal Mile. As our room was not ready when we arrived, we were given the option to take a room on the first floor instead which had access to the M Club Lounge. This included free tea and coffee all day, and free wine or beer and snacks from 6 pm to 9 pm each evening.
Nothing, everything was excellent and we had a lovely stay.

Location is very central on a parallel street to the Royal Mile and round the corner from the Holyrood Palace. We had a spacious room with a king size bed and an extra sofa bed overlooking the side street and a school, kids' chattering as a nice wake-up service. Fair choice at breakfast to eat diverse a few days in a row. We also appreciated the pool.
I looked for a hotel with parking and appreciated the fact I was able to get a place, despite all the quest to handle the code lock and to park in the narrow space.

The location was quiet. A convenience store was located one block away which was handy for popping out for snacks. The room was clean and comfortable.
The neighborhood did not have many restaurants close by as it is next to a university campus. Every day we had a long walk to get to the sites. I should have kept in mind how hilly the city is, I typically don't mind walking.

Super convenient location, walking to major attractions and train station! Service and restaurant on site as good as you can expect in a Marriott Hotel!! Breakfast has lots of options!
The room is a bit small and the one we stayed is on the ground floor, twin beds room all on the ground floor. I believe higher floor units will have a very good view.

Quiet location right by Holyrood Palace and not a long walk from the Castle. We had a junior suite that was massive and well equipped. The club lounge was peaceful and the staff there were amazing as were the restaurant staff.
Housekeeping was a bit off and didn't wipe down tables or replenish coffee, but it could be due to 100% occupancy given the Fringe and Tattoo being on

The room is well-appointed and in good condition. Breakfast is convenient and well-staffed. The food is very good. The location was perfect for our needs. Quiet.
For some reason, housekeeping didn't want to give us two washcloths. We had them the first day, then not the second. I asked for a second and received it only for it to disappear the next day. If you have two bath towels, two hand towels, why can't you have two washcloths?
