Location was good
Our room was ok although a little tired looking and there was black stuff at the base of the glass shower. Sunday the room was not cleaned until 5pm. Sunday breakfast the tables were all full of used dishes that were left not nice eating our breakfast amongst all the used tables.. quite off putting.

The location was excellent. The car park was full but there is an agreement with the car park across the road to offer a discounted rate . Staff were friendly professional and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious and as residents we received a discount of 20%on our food/ bar bill. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The bedroom had no surfaces to put anything down only a small round table, small bedside tables and a small square in the open wardrobe which housed the kettle. No dressing table or desk. This was very awkward. Slightly bigger bin required in both bedroom and bathroom. Not enough milk sachets provided ( they did bring more when requested). Breakfast was served till 11 on the weekend and had a good choice but the hot food at 10am was hard bacon and hard potato scones, no tomatoes, tasteless scrambled egg and dried beans. The sausage and mushrooms were nice

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Comfortable room with lovely hot shower. Super location. Most of staff were helpful and friendly. Leisure facilities were excellent.

This Hitel was fabulous. Clean, spacious and very good value for money. Lovely & quiet. From the reception staff to the Breakfast staff... totally thoughtful. The breakfast was 5* and well worth the money there was everything you could imagine being available
