Large rooms with good bathrooms. Great selection for breakfast. Very good location, at walk location from the old town and some of the major touristic attractions.
Breakfast area is not large and may be crowded during the pick hours.

Beautiful city, very nice and modern amenities at the hotel. Staff was uber helpful. 9/10 overall. Would definitely stay again.

I had club room and the facility in the club lounge is very bad it’s not worth it at all to pay extra and have club access

The rooms are really well appointed and the location is excellent.
The turn down service and housekeeping was disappointing. The sheets of the bed were not changed even once during our 4 day stay nor were they cleaned or dusted properly.

We did not stay in the hotel as the chief accountant cancelled our booking due to the rates being wrong.
They have charged my credit card and I am looking for a refund of my money. It was cancelled on the 17th March by them and i had to look for another hotel. You will note that we stayed at the Dalmahoy Hotel for those 2 nights.
