Pleasant
It was very clean and the staff were nice, the gym is well equipped.
Very, very basic for what I paid for it. I paid over £200 for a Tuesday night in May and didn’t even get breakfast. The room was very basic with nothing stand-out in terms of amenities. I come to Edinburgh 4x a year but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Breakfast great, location great, beds super comfy. Showers amazing. Nice amenities in room.
Staff at reception very poor. No info about amenities in hotel - basic info about breakfast. Not responsive. felt like a nuisance.

Room was amazing and clean. Location is prefect for exploring the city centre
M club, look it's not great value for money and it always was running out of coffee and milk with the staff reluctant to restock

Large clean room. Good location. Some staff were very helpful.
The pool shower didn't have body wash products for 2 days and there was a hair clip on the floor for both our visits.. clearly not cleaned!
One member of staff was very miserable, not pleasant at breakfast.
