Breakfast great, location great, beds super comfy. Showers amazing. Nice amenities in room.
Staff at reception very poor. No info about amenities in hotel - basic info about breakfast. Not responsive. felt like a nuisance.

Room was amazing and clean. Location is prefect for exploring the city centre
M club, look it's not great value for money and it always was running out of coffee and milk with the staff reluctant to restock

Large clean room. Good location. Some staff were very helpful.
The pool shower didn't have body wash products for 2 days and there was a hair clip on the floor for both our visits.. clearly not cleaned!
One member of staff was very miserable, not pleasant at breakfast.

Very neat and well kept. Very close to the Holyrood palace, Arthur’s seat and Royal Mile. Very pleasant stay. Will stay again.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to attractions and the main district.
Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of food along with individual selection menu.
Staff service was inconsistent, however overall good.
Rooms were comfortable, clean with the bathrooms quite spacious.
The hotel dining menu is not extensive with the food disappointing given the price required.

The hotel has been extensively refurbished and is in good order.
Rooms dark, cool and quiet.
Location is ideal, everywhere walkable.
Religious books placed in rooms.
I’m not interested in the goat herders guide to the galaxy.

We had a large room.
I stayed for 7 nights (6 days). For two days no one came to clean the room, so we stayed with trash in the room, dirty towels, no soap, toilet paper, tea, sugar, water, etc. On the third day, when we returned to the hotel and found that it had not been cleaned, although we wanted to rest, I had to look for a maid. Although there were several maids on the floor, they were talking and laughing, so none came. Only after I went to the reception did a maid arrive. For the cleanliness of the room, the score would be 0.
Regarding the breakfast, I cannot say that it was the same every day, because day by day, some of the dishes disappeared and were not replaced. I think some dishes were reused from one day to the next. The opening time in the dining room was constantly delayed, we were told "due to lack of staff".

The room was comfortable and quiet
A member of the reception staff who was on checkout today at 1015 , found her rude in checkin
Then on checkout she attended the man in front and was all friendly and nice to him but was solemn and hostile towards me made me feel like I would not return after my 2 encounters with her this stay . The last stay she was not here and staff amazing . Also breakfast was cold not good
