We did not stay in the hotel as the chief accountant cancelled our booking due to the rates being wrong.
They have charged my credit card and I am looking for a refund of my money. It was cancelled on the 17th March by them and i had to look for another hotel. You will note that we stayed at the Dalmahoy Hotel for those 2 nights.

The size of the room, cleanliness was good. Breakfast was standard big hotel chain breakfast - ok.
We were given a room that looked directly onto the carpark and delivery area and at a busy location in the hotel so there was noise from guests and staff frequently. Far too expensive for what it was.

Location is nice and close to most interesting visiting places and in a quieter area. One can walk around near green Holyrood park area.
Waiting for breakfast....
We had to call someone on Saturday to get a place although other days we were shown with a place to sit. Later we felt sorry that there were more than 200 guests to serve breakfast, and with not enough hands to share the burden.

Good location, nice staff, comfortable beds and modern bathroom
Noise from outside (air conditioning big ventilators in the yard) during whole night. Noise from ventilation in bathroom.

Very clean and modern hotel in a quiet part of the city. Staff were extremely helpful and engaging. Great to see a happy and motivated team.
Pool area is a bit small.
