Comfortable beds, great pool and sauna, very clean, a few minutes on foot from Royal Mile, delicious breakfast with high quality haggis and smoked salmon, premium toiletries, friendly and helpful staff.

Great breakfast and room. We had our flight cancelled and had to stay one more night and Ken helped us immensely and we were able to get the same room. Thank you Ken for your help.

When returning at evening time when wife wanted a coffee had run out off decafe coffee and the seating areas tables had glasses and food had been cleaned up
