Good location, about a mile walk to the Royal mile. Clean and in a nice building. Easy to find. Nicely decorated and plenty of space.
Issues with plumbing, water pooled at our feet in the master bath. Could not use it. Reached out to management and no response. Back door did not lock. Again, reached out to management and no response.

The location was perfect for our long week-end away with friends, we loved exploring our local area as well as the rest of Edinburgh. The apartment was very clean & comfortable & the courtyard was ideal for morning coffee or pre dinner drinks in the sun.
It would have been a nice touch to have milk & a few coffee capsules on our arrival as previous guests had commented on. The gurgling plumbing seems to be an ongoing issue & the plunger was needed in the en-suite shower during each use.

Lovely apartment, everything you need if staying more than 2 nights ie cooker/oven, TV etc, etc. Very clean and modern. Not too far to walk to the old town and train station if you dont mind a 15-20 min walk. Only had one issue, the en suite shower wouldn't drain away, luckily we found a plunger in the apartment, so assume its a regular issue. We would definitely use again.

Location was very convenient. Apartment was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could possibly need! The owners sent a video explaining how to get in & work things like the heating which was a nice added extra.
Only a couple of things were disappointing. Despite booking for 5 people, only 4 towels were left & we had to search for bedding for the sofa bed. Also the ensuite shower does not drain away properly, even though there appears to be no blockage (something further up the pipe?)
