Loved the room, the space, the decor etc. The staff were really friendly and it was in an ideal location.
It cost me just under £270 for one night just for the room. Bearing in mind check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. For that price I think breakfast should have been included. It would've been £300 if we'd included it, and although the hotel is lovely, it's a bit much. The room was very clean, except for the tall lamp in the corner of the room, and the small table lamp in front of it, they were both covered in thick dust

The location is superb for transportation access.
The bathroom seems old and outdated. Most of the staff seems extremely inexperienced, which led to missed orders. Lodging in Edimburgh is also pretty expensive overall, which compounds the negative value perception.

If you are driving, Leonardo hotel has private paid parking, which was a great relief. 20-min walk away from the Centre so the location is also convenient with many options to eat around. Rooms were comfy and quiet.
Dinner was disappointing both in quality and quantity.

Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom were good. Good handrails. Good size bath-towells. Temperature good in room. Fridge in room. Fairly good location. A couple of nice pubs and restaurants nearby
Quality of breakfast not great.considering the price paid. Items not replenished quickly enough. Poor quality juice and pastries. No berries or cut up fruit available except for slices of melon. Lifts are very slow. No water in room, but available in paper cups at reception. No locker/shelf on one side of the bed.

Beds comfortable. We had 3 single beds. Good choice at breakfast.
Could hear doors closing, people in corridor knocking on other peoples doors. Room hot, aircon goes off after 3hrs have to get up in the night and turn it back on.

Central location
Overpriced with mediocrr staff and facilities. Car parking overnight.was an additional £10 on top of the cost of the room. A bit of a rip off in my opinion.
