Good location.it is just 6 minutes to walk to the tram.
Lack the basic stuff such as: microwave, Iron and water filter... comparing it with other hotel as the same price. And some security problems : my room key was the same key for open the front door of the hotel. So, anyone who has the front door key can open my room?

Great location, very comfortable rooms
The heating is a bit tricky - you don't seem to have any control over the heating system so we were sleeping with a window wide open in the middle of March.

The location current has a lot of construction. Their check in process seemed odd to us. You have to ring a bell and then they come down 5-10 mins later to let you in. The place is dated and the bed wasn’t comfortable. It was so hot despite us turning the heat down and neither of us slept well

Great location near to family
Got upgraded to a room that ended up in the basement
No WI-FI and window could not. E left open too large and part of a door
Spoke and got moved to a much brighter room with access to WI-FI

Nice room, clean and a good bed. Walls are paper thin had room one which felt like you were in the same room as room 3. Not the best when the next door couple come in at 00:15 drunk and make a racket for the next 3 hours resulting in zero sleep.
