The breakfast was very good
I was on a business trip and stayed in room 202. There was a ceili in the hotel on the floor below me with loud music until 11:30 pm. The noise continued long after and then started outside my hotel window on the street. I eventually got to sleep at 4 am.
Also, there never seemed to be anyone at reception to answer a call.
On the plus side the breakfast was very good and the 2 girls that served it were lovely.

Great location, lovely boutique hotel with different named rooms which were themed from places around the world. Room decor was very tastefull and beds very comfortable. Great selection in the mini bar of both drinks and snacks. Lots of different selections of teas and coffee with lovely biscuits. Bathroom is huge with a walk in shower and large bath. Would love to have seen the other themed rooms available. Staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Well done to management and staff, can't wait to have a return visit.
Took us a while to figure out the lights in the room which were very high tech. The cold water tap in the bath didn't seem to work, therefore, my friend had to wait on the hot water cooling down before taking a bath also the plug in the bath didn't seem to work so my friend couldn't drain away the water. It may be that there was something that we were missing, shame as everything else was perfect.

Location is good and was able to park right outside it.
Small issues within the room. Parquet flooring loose in various places, although bedding looked clean, on pulling back the duvet there were hairs on the mattress and between the pillows, which you don’t expect when booking one of the hotels in that area, and we’ve stayed in most of the main ones.
TV remote didn’t work and there was no complimentary still water like it stated in the room info. Not massive issues, but simple things like that highlight the lack of attention to detail.

Room decor was lovely just some parts of the room were getting a bit tired. One blind didn't properly and was broken, lighting switches were a bit iffy. Breakfast was lovely and is served until half 11. Shower drencher was fab.
Location is great, being so central but we found it very noisy being woken up by very loud crowds at 3am after the nightclub underneath the hotel closed. Bottle bins being emptied at this time also, kept us up for about an hour. Room decor nice but getting tired and could do with a freshen up.

Lovely hotel, central, but quiet.
Unusual decor, certainly not bland- that is a compliment! Walking distance of restaurants, shops and station.
A real treat.
Lighting system. Far too complicated. On/ off switches may be old fashioned but they work!

Noise from pedestrians kept us up, then fire alarms went off at 2am for less than a minute but couldn’t get back to sleep
Coffee machine wasn’t working in morning. Breakfast took a while to come and nearly missed train

Fantastic room. So big and spacious. Best hotel room I’ve been in. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great and cater for my request for cake and extras for my daughter’s 21st birthday.
