It is bery central and so convenient for the city centre and public transport.
The room was comfortable.
The staff were willing bit not very well trained. The Dinner we booked wasn't, it was just light bites and not particularly well served or prented.
The Hotel is not that easy to find.

Fantastic location with lovely staff,no complaints at all,nice spacious room which was very comfortable and cosy.
Every need catered for, when staff found out we were visiting for a special occasion we were present with a card and 2 complimentary cocktails which was not expected and really appreciated.
Bit noisy from a nightclub near by but that can’t be helped and didn’t spoil our stay at all

Requested an early check in at time of booking as we were going to a wedding at 1pm. Staff did they're utmost to accommodate us. Returned to the room later to find a card saying how sorry they were for the earlier confusion and as a goodwill gesture gave us a bottle of prosecco ! So fair play to them. Would highly recommend this hotel.
