Great location, nice view, cool building, nice breakfast, courteous staff, reasonable price.
The bathroom was slightly awkward. Not much usable surfaces. Not bad though. I had hoped I could have checked into my room a tad early, as I had come off a red eye flight and was just walking around bleary eyed for hours. But of course that can't be expected. Nothing bad really.

The property location next door to the lovely dome restaurant all decorated for Christmas was the main reason we booked the le monde hotel. But when we arrived we were so impressed with the hotel staff and facilities that we are returning in a couple days to stay another night. This is a lovely place and you will enjoy it very much.

Location BUT no sound proofing and as faced george st was exceptionally loud until 4am
The digital lights wouldn't turn off so slept with bathroom light on full and as window above bed was very bright. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone at reception, needed to go to restaurant to get someone to help.

The room interiors are exceptional and have the wow factor, being related to famous global places - I stayed in Casablanca and it had all kinds of relevant details, objects and furniture. Very comfortable bed and a nook for seating, with cushioned stools. Alot of care has gone in to this. The staff were also excellent and were very responsive when there was a possible problem. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent on George Street, directly next to The Dome very atmospheric and grand restaurant and bar, and near all the sites and shopping.

Not a lot!
Noise from nightclub next door! Reception didn’t answer their phone after numerous times! Advised there would be complimentary drinks for the inconvenience but nothing! Not even an apology! Breakfast very poor and pleased I never paid the 18.50 as was not worth it! Couldn’t even get the order right! Not good experience

Location was good
Room layout was unusual, shower one side of the room, toilet and basin the other side, shower area open plan. No casual seating in the room, No coat hooks, No mater what we entered or left the hotel, no member of staff was around, including when we arrived, we had to search for member of staff.
