We stayed for the night before Edinburgh Marathon Festival, couldn’t have been a better location!
The room was very small, especially for the price we paid for one night but I appreciate there was an event on and the hotel was in a desirable location.

Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice, the pancake machine a lovely treat. Friendly staff.
No lift, climbing 3 flights of stairs after a long day exploring. Would like if there was a lounge area to relax as bedroom was too small for relaxing in evening.

Had a last minute’s accommodation change and was so glad when we arrived at the KM hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be my first choice if I’m every back in Edinburgh

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The bathroom was not great. The sink was very small and the fan was very noisy, and could not be turned off.

Great location. Large comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff.
Really really tiny room. Tiny sink in the bathroom. Lack of a/c, which mattered in the heat wave. Coffee in the lobby not free unlike many other hotels. For the price I paid, I expected a little more.

Location and clean tidy place
Noise via party wall all night. Pipes not insulated proply and making cracks every few minutes. Windows noise unacceptable. Not sealed as it should be.

A double room should of course allow 2 people to easily get in and out of bed - my room had a double bed with no access from the side so you had to get in from the bottom end - if there were 2 sharing one would have to climb over the other to get out
