Wonderful
Amazing staff super friendly and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, omelette station was unreal. Really central and quiet. Toiletries were fantastic as well as coffee machine and water and large TV.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Breakfast was a treat every morning!
The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail in housekeeping.

The location
There was construction and the workers used the same facilities and lifts as the guests with all the building tools. I couldn’t sleep from the sound and I could even hear the chatter and the songs that the workers were playing.

Very good breakfasts. Staff helpful. Location very central. Many restaurants nearby of all varieties.
Initially had problems with the room which were not easily rectified. There was no hesitation in giving us another. The public toilet on ground floor needed some regular attention.

The hotel location was excellent, within the old town centre, near the main train station, walking distance to the mall and princess street shopping street, close to restaurants and cafes.
Cleaning of the rooms by room services should be paid more attention.

Good location, close to the train station and the Royal Mile.
The door in our room was hard to close. The room was dark as the windows look out onto a wall that’s less than a meter away.
