Excellent location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and to the Royal Mile. We were able to easily travel within Edinburgh by bus or walking for three days.

LOCATION is without question , fabulous being so close to thr Railway Station,the ROOM was clean and comfortable, BREAKFAST was a joy and if I may I would like to name Kym as a shining light , a real joy to have as a guide in the morning.
All was " Spot-on" and in no need of "Repair" , Just exactly what we wanted for our all too short stay

Very convenient as very near to the station and a short walk from the central areas. It’s kinda between old town and new town so easy to get to both. It’s very nicely decorated and clean. The staff made extra effort for my boyfriend’s birthday by leaving some beers and a card in the room. Very nice touch!
I suppose the only tiny thing is that the view was mainly a road and a train track. Maybe not the prettiest view Edinburgh has to offer but this didn’t really bother me

Location, family room was very comfortable, great breakfast & great location
There was a mistake with my bill extras being taken without my consent which took a while to sort out. Never received any response/ apology regarding this. The bar was a bit dull and air con was set to really cold which made it uncomfortable
