Location near royal mile
Room was in an adjacent building. We had to cross an alley and then navigate a warren of narrowcorridors to find our room.

The hotel was very clean and of a high standard. The staff were very friendly and polite, we were offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous, a wide selection of hot and cold foods, juices, coffees etc.
The location was absolutely fantastic, 5 minutes s from Waverley station and the Royal Mile.
My only criticism about the hotel is that we had an issue with water pressure in the shower, which we menti9ned at check out and it was being addressed.

Was unexpectedly upgraded. Room was fabulous. Location is easy access from train station. Bed was the best. Staff well trained and eager to please. Great on site gym. And a chilled glass of prosecco at check in. And a lovely breakfast marshalled by one of the happiest people on earth .

Location was excellent, a short distance to the Royal Mile. The room was very good, very comfortable bed, also a supply of teas, coffee, water. Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Loved the decor, especially the colour scheme in the dining-room, very relaxing.
A fridge wouldn't have gone amiss, but didn't spoil our few days.
