I would have enjoyed a single sheet on the bed in addition to the quilt. The quilt was too heavy and too warm.

Location and cleanliness were fantástic.
One of the ladies on the front desk was Very snippy and Sharp, not Very welcomimg, she was the only staff member with this attitude everyone else was extremly welcomimg.

The staff were very professional and helpful, and the rooms were quite clean. The location of the hotel is great as it is right beside Waverly station.
Not anyone's fault, but during our visit, multiple lifts were broken and we had to wait quite a bit to get up to our floors.

Good location - very close to train station.
Couldn't open the curtains to the room as big piles of unsightly rubble outside and directly looked into by the restaurant so didn't have any natural light. Was given a family room and would have preferred a simple double as had booked.

Great location, one street back from the golden mile. Rooms were spacious and modern.
Bit of a rabbit warren to get to my room as the hotel is actually two buildings. Room service and staff attitude has room for improvement. Cant take my order over the phone at reception, restaurant not picking up phone - eventually get told by reception to walk down from my room and go to the restaurant and order in person which kind of defeats the purpose of room services. I end up doing an uber eats order instead - waiting near reception for delivery pickup. Overhear reception taking a room service order over the phone and walking it across to the restaurant - not sure why they couldn’t do that for my order?

The staff and location was great. The breakfast was excellent.
The room was dark, facing another building of hotel rooms and the window could not open. All night long there was a light shining on the building.

- Room serves bad they don't clean good and always forget ( water - Tea bags- Sugar)
