Wonderful
The breakfast wasn't buffet, it was prepared at the moment, and it was excelent. The parking car was large enough for all the costumers. The check in and the check out was estremely fast. The Inn as an very cosy atmosphere of an historic inn. From our window we could have a splendid vue to the Fouth bridge.

Food was mediocre -no guests sitting area only directed to bar! Bedrooms very basic - no anti slip mat in shower- could provide one if asked but was ready to use shower - soap nailed to the wall in shower and same at wash basin!!

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were all amazing. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Location is fantastic right by the forth road bridge. Great car parking. We had breakfast and an evening meal at restaurant which were delicious. Well done Michelle and all your staff.

Friendly, accommodating service, great food, and the location - with one of the UK’s most iconic structures right outside the window - could not be bettered.
We slept well, but the bed could have been more comfortable

The room was a really good size with a sofa and two comfy chairs with views over the Forth Road Bridge. We ate a meal there one evening and it was very nice.

Bed was absolutely comfortable.
WC out of order. You have had to push several times on the button to remove water.
All the stuff outside was just thrown there and that was not esthetic.
To finish we arrived at 1pm to let our luggage at the hotel and the woman there has just said : « check-in is at 3pm ». Sorry Madam, we were just asking to let our luggage there… please don’t be so rude! Because of that comportment we were outside of the hotel for our dinner…

Gem of a place with lots of history and felt really homely. Staff were lovely and really accommodating considering we arrived late. Beautiful property and a shame we weren’t staying longer. Breakfast was great and again staff (Katy) couldn’t do enough for us. Room 5 was huge!! Great shower and view of the bridges. Definitely stay again!!
Unfortunately the local boy racers thought it was ok to mess around beeping horns at gone midnight. Scratched names all over the inside of the windows. Apart from that (minor really) nothing else.

Great location right by bridge and walkable from Dalmeny station. South Queensferry very pleasant.
I had booked a twin room. When we got in the room it was a double bed. I was travelling with my son. I informed reception and they said the bed unzips up the middle and becomes to separate beds. I said we were heading out and could it be done whilst we were gone. The receptionistc agreed. When we returned about 5 hours later there was a bag outside our room with additional bed linen in it. However the bed in the room was sti as I had found it.
