Location was great (for our purposes). Room was good sized.
Didn't realize how close it would be to the train bridge. Was a bit loud as a result. Staff was nice but everything was a bit slow.

Friendly staff in spite of arriving on Mother's day afternoon and all very busy. Room spacious with superb view of forth bridge. Lovely, pretty pub with nice menu and drinks. Great location, short walk to small town.
Nothing, l really enjoyed it.

Very Good
Visiting family, ideal spot with great views. The female member of staff that we dealt with was very welcoming and friendly. She also served us breakfast both days, a great asset to the hotel.
There was a bit of activity outside late at night with people racing about in cars and on bikes.

The staff and surroundings, service excellent, food delicious. Would be good if they say in the booking details and information about requesting a room with a view, would have preferred this. Otherwise perfect place.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful when our two rooms were in different parts of the hotel. We both ended up with lovely views of the bridge in bright and spacious first floor rooms - worth paying extra for if you can! Overall a lovely experience
Worth avoiding the cheapest category of room if you can!

The room was absolutely perfect, our room had its own entry meaning we didnt need to go through the hotel everytime we came in and out.
We weren literally on the river front with views across the bridges to wake up to .
The staff were very helpful and very friendly and made us feel welcome and at hime. Honestly couldnt fault it.
Beds were fresh and clean, room was cosy and warm, a wee fridge in the room would be perfect for milk for tea/coffee cold drinks for after hours when hotel is closed x
Nothing really, we saw other people moan about plaster falling off walls but this was untrue, theres some peeling paint that can be easily fixed with some sandpaper and paint(only a small patch), however i wasnt there to look at the walls lol, room had everything we needed for a night away from the kids xx
