Exceptional
The buffet at the Carvery is loaded with tasty selections that looked so good I had to try a little of everything every time and I was never disappointed. Tender meats and roasted veggies were so good. Lots of shops to walk to in the area and also a bus stop out in front. The staff are friendly and helpful and that lended to the wonderful stay I had there for 3 nights.
There's nothing to not like. What more could ya want; good food, great cocktails, warm room, 15' to the bus stop.

It was okay stay, the travel is easy bus stop is literally in-front of the hotel and it takes only one bus to go to city centre or anywhere in the city but it take more than 30 minutes but still it’s a prime location, staff was friendly and it’s clean too big ups to the hotel workers they keep it really well.
I mean as I said it was okay but I prefer having a at least a small wardrobe and little bit more space to my room rather than having nothing, also the bed is moving and it is really uncomfortable at nights as it is moving from mattress all the time.

Overall experience was excellent. Room was fabulous of a high standard, well done housekeeping. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and brilliant at all aspects of their jobs.

Friendliness of staff and the welcome given. The food was lovely and plenty of choice. Transport into the town centre was also plentiful and right outside the door! Lovely weekend.
The music continuing until 3am on the Sunday night.

Being woke up at 1am to music being played in the restaurant area while the night porter was hoovering, went on for an hour
