Decent room size, good bed.
Shower cabin overflow was irritating, the fact that it was unnoticed did not give a good management impression. The included breakfast was from a not so tempting buffet, it seemed a bit unhealthy. The attending staff was cordial and correct, but seemed hurried and maybe not so hospitality inclined. More a pub than a guesthouse.

Close to bus stop, although 25 minute ride to center. Convenient for drinks, food and other local restaurants.
Small room. No AC during very warm weather. Windows wouldn't open more than an inch. Not a great breakfast. Considering the cost not great value.

The staff are wonderful, Pamela and her team looked after us! The food was amazing (as expected).
There is a bus-stop right outside too with buses right into the City, as well as a bus-stop to and from the Airport just down the road.
The only negative was paying an 'Oasis are in town' premium for the room. Everything else was perfect!

Good sized room with a lovely bathroom and shower. Location is convenient for the airport or a relatively short journey into central Edinburgh. We didn’t take up the breakfast option but it looked like it was very good value for money.
Our room was right next to the stairwell and it was quite noisy when other guests arrived or left.

The hotel was nice, nothing particularly special. It had a good shower and a comfortable bed. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very convenient for the airport.
We booked breakfast because of the great reviews, but it was actually disappointing. The selection was very limited — only fried eggs, hash browns, sausages, and beans. Everything was extremely greasy and swimming in oil, with no fresh vegetables at all. You could ask for an apple at the reception, which felt strange — why not simply put them on the buffet?
