Staff and breakfast everything was outstanding just as everywhere in Edinburgh prices are ridiculous now but I can't complain brilliant staff hopefully go back during the quiet season and cheaper thank-you kindly

We had stayed there last year. This year we had a newly remodeled room and it was really nice. And of course the carvery is still great.

Firstly, good location if you are from Europe and with rental car like me (because the steering wheel is on other side) and don't want to drive yourself in city center. There is nice free parking and also hotel itself, especially I want to point out the employees - they are very friendly and helpful. Very nice bar. Rooms are ok, comfortable beds (which is very important) and nice breakfast.
Rooms has strange thin windows (maybe because it's an old house), which feels like open all the time, but in reality - are closed. Especially in bathroom you can feel the breeze coming from them.
