Appreciated the family room having an extra door to remove us from hallway noise. Staff were great, letting us into our room early. Fantastic bathroom.

Some of the staff were not very helpful and came across as couldn't be bothered. Bathroom in room had a very bad smell of damp

location was perfect ......bus pickup right outside premises.........free car park big bonus.......first night had toby carvery very good plenty of choice 2nd night went down the road to manor house chinese exellent meal
only complaint was we are both in our 70s and having been given the bedroom right at the far end of the building was certainly a hike to get to.

Very friendly staff, so helpful and kind,made to feel welcomed, rooms were lovely and clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast and carvery was fantastic. Great location to get to Town centre. Great value for accommodation and food and drink.
There was nothing I didn't like about our stay. It was a lovely week and such great accommodation. Would recommend to anyone.

valve for money food wise staff were nice and knowledgeable
shower too small ,plus our room was near a generator it kept coming on every so often noisy

Wonderful location to walk. On transit route to airport and Edinburgh city. Single room was recently updated and perfect size. Meals good and inexpensive. Staff all very friendly.
Price a little high, but was worth it for one night.

Room was neat and adequate for budget accommodation. Good sized shower room.
Fairly steep stairs and narrow corridor. Pre-booked breakfast was a bit disappointing with few options other than cooked breakfast - next time I won't pre-book and just use the menu option to order individual items at lower prices.

The bed was very comfortable,shower great and the room was clean. Parking and a restaurant attached at a reasonable price. Not to far away from centre of Edinburgh, bus just outside or £10 uber ride.
We had an extremely long walk to our room and quite a few stairs. We have a light luggage bag which we transfer clothing in for a night, so it wasn’t bad. It could be tedious if you plan to lug big suitcases ,if your room is at the end of the hotel. Ceiling was low on one side of bed , had to be careful getting out of bed.
