From the minute we walked and we felt very welcomed by staff into the coziness of the hotel.
We ended up having the carvery for dinner and my goodness gracious me I was completely blown away
The staff upon our exit were also unbelievably fantastic
Just the most perfect way to integrate into Scottish life

The room was nice and modern, good bathroom, fast Internet and a big TV. Breakfast was okay and the location is good just in front of the bus stop. You can also park your car.
The room is quite small, such is the bed too. Can get hot as well. As too often in Scotland it is overpriced for what you get.

Nice room, in good condition, well cleaned. Close to a bus stop from which you can easily get to the center. It is outside the LEZ zone. The service is nice and helpful.
Small parking spaces and very cramped parking. The downside is also the proximity of one of the main roads next to the facility. We had a window on the road, it was loud noises from large cars that fell into these holes on the potholes.
