Bed was extremely comfortable. Facilities were good. Staff were extremely helpful.
Very close to the tram stop
Only slight gripe was that my coffee and milk were not replenished and I had to go down to reception to get some.
Also no toilet facilities on the ground floor and you need to either go back to your room or go to the basement to find one.
Though only a few steps at the front this is a slight issue for anyone with any mobility issues

Close to everything , great bar , breakfast , staff were great , shower was great , modern , room quiet . Modern updated vogue decor .

Location was ideal for the most of our group - one quick tram journey and a 10 minute walk to conference centre.
Room whilst smaller than used to at other IBIS Styles was comfortable and fitted with everything required.
Breakfast was not what we are used to at an IBIS - not sure if the menu has been changed or if it's just this IBIS that doesn't provide a full cooked breakfast - a continental breakfast is not sufficient when you are not going to be eating properly until the evening - usually around 18:30/1900hrs.
Check-in - not happy that there is no policy for protecting privacy when checking in - we have never stayed at an hotel where the room number is spoken out in front of other guests. This was challenged with the duty manager and he stated that no-one can go beyond the lobby unless they are a guest and all guests are 'nice', so there wouldn't be an issue.' As I travel a lot on my own I am concerned that he didn't take on board my concerns. How would he know if guests were nice or not?

Great location within walking distance to the station and shops/bars etc. Breakfast was included in the price and a lovely selection. Room very nice, a little small but fine for us and very comfortable beds. This was the 2nd time staying here and would definitely recommend.
Rooms are a little compact but on the whole no complaints and didn't put us off returning we'll be back.

The staff were amazing. I was there to get ready for my wedding and they were amazing to make sure I had everything that I needed in my room for the morning as I had my hair and make Artist and photographer coming. They also made the room special for us coming back. I can't thank them enough for helping with my stress levels. I loved my coffee machine in my room and breakfast had a big selection. The bar also has entertainment which was great, it was a singer that you could hear clearly but wasn't too loud that you couldn't have a conversation with people. They organised my taxi and also gave me an umbrella as it was raining so I would stay dry getting to my venue.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks. Very professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Great location within easy access to public transport and within walking distance of so many great attractions.
We had read from previous feedback that the rooms were small, and that was also our experience, but it worked for us.

The location was fab and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit different and quirky, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. The room wasn't huge but didn't need to be.
