The location is just close enough to walk but far enough away from the main area to avoid crowds the breakfast was one of the best in Scotland.

Breakfast was good.

Stayed 2 nights then leaving for two days and returning to hotel for another night, charged us 10£ per bag to store overnight, until we returned.

The location cannot be beat! Very close to the tram and the hop on/ hop off buses.
The small rooms are super small! Like barely enough room to have 2 open suitcases.

perfect location at St. Andrew’s Square to explore Edinburgh. Quiet at night and close to tram and bus stops. Walking distance to Royal mile, Oldtown and many other points of interest.
The room was relatively small and it was difficult to open a suitcase, and the wardrobe for clothes was also very small.

Incredible location, nice staff and comfortable room. Breakfast was better than expected, not just a continental. Also, the shower was amazing!
Nothing bad to say, honestly. A mini fridge in the room would’ve been nice. To be fair, I didn’t ask if that was an available option.

The cleanliness. The sheets were not changed from the previous guest. Their hairs were still in our bed. The pillows were yellow and who knows how old.

Everything. Excellent location, the staff incredible, good restaurant, excellent breakfast, the decoration beautiful. The room very good, clean with and excellent shower.
Something wrong with the sewage in the bathrooms.
