The hotel was clean, eclectic, and safe. The staff were extremely polite. The location was easy access to everything. The breakfast buffet was fabulous.
The rooms were a bit tight. We felt that there could have been a mini fridge, with the cost of the room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was perfect - easy access to public transportation and walking distance to most places I wanted to visit.
The room was a little tight on space, other than that, it was excellent.

A beautiful hotel. Very stylish. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Location was perfect a short walk from royal mile and princes street. Yet the area is calm. Their food is very tasty and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Close to a park, train station, tram and busses, and downtown and walkable spot.
Walking to some downtown shops that may be of use: uniqlo, scotish merch shop walker crackers and tartan items.
Easy bus ride (uphill walk) to old downtown
thought the price was very high. Edinburgh is very pricey city and it was high season.

Very convenient for trams, bus station and shops. The breakfast was excellent. Although the room was small it was perfectly adequate for one person.
It was a little expensive but probably the same as other city centre hotels.
