Wonderful
Our room was bigger than we expected. Lovely bay window with table and chairs. We sat here every night before we left to go out.
Windows were a bit dirty but not a huge deal. Breakfast had a lot of options but being vegetarian I love my fruit and the fruit selection wasn’t good. No watermelon, fresh strawberries etc

Lots of uncomfortable lounge chairs too low to the ground! , breakfast not great , no atmosphere in the bar area , a happy hour as the kimpton does would be great

Excellent location, very central and close to Waverly train station. Very comprehensive breakfast and very well equipped comfortable bedrooms. Friendly helpful staff.
So many of the seats in the lounge/ breakfast area were very low and so not easy to get in or out of and difficult to eat at a table

Everywhere was very clean & tidy
Live music in the bar was great.
Room was quite cramped.
Breakfast items were low and not replaced quickly. We were there at a busy time so I guess that's why.

The location is fantastic. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is lovely, clean, and fun. The showers are amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast, tea, and coffee a lot!
The rooms are quite small and make it a bit hard to move suitcases around.

The location is wonderful! We came from the airport using the tram. We have never been to Edinburgh so it was nice to have a place to stay that is so easy to get to, centrally located but still away from the noise of a very busy city.
Breakfast was great- nice variety of foods, great coffee.
Room was small but clean and had everything one needs. Loved the bathroom- the tiles on the wall gave it a unique flair and the shower was amazing!

Hotel was short walk from train station which was super handy for us. Staff also kept our bags for us prior to check in time so we could go and explore the area.
Continental breakfast that was included had a super choice. Room very clean with good facilities, staff fantastic, all friendly and helpful.
Room a little smaller than expected but didn’t affect our stay.
