Wonderful
Colourful hotel, located in a great area to explore the city and have tram from/to the airport few meters away. Staff are extremely welcoming and kind, the breakfast is lovely with lots of choices.
Internet was a bit slow in my room but I’m only “complaining” about it because I was on a business trip and needed to do some work.

Where it’s located.
The bathroom was not clean, I was given twin beds but I requested to have a double bed. There’s only one elevator which makes it difficult to move around during busy hours, the cleaners/service stuff were rude, but the front desk were polite and nice.

Have stayed here several times before- great location , easy check in and staff are welcoming . Nice rooms and bathrooms . Good breakfast too.
It’s a great hotel - some rooms are quite small ( didn’t affect us but might if you have a lot if luggage )

Friendly staff, very helpful too. Good selection of breakfast.room was ok but could do with a small fridge and safety deposit box in the room, and a table to put the tea making facilities on, Pleasant stay.
Our only complaint was on both nights we stayed we woken up very early morning before 6am by either a delivery lorry or a bin lorry with lots of shouting and made no effort to keep quiet having no thought about people sleeping, this should be done at least 8am were not impressed.
