They clearly spent all their money on the location and aesthetic
Uncomfortable bed and pillows
Staff was not pleasant or overly helpful
Some rooms can only be accessed by stairs and multiple doors
The air conditioning made a weird noise throughout the night
Apps like Netflix didn’t work on the tv unless you used your own hotspot which we couldn’t figure out and the staff was less than helpful
They clearly spent all money on the location and ensuring the downstairs cafe was cute
Check in is in the middle of the cafe where people are eating
Staff just watched as we struggled to get our luggage through the front doors

Very Good
Very good, central location in a lovely capital city. The hotel was clean and stylish, and a distant view of the Firth of Forth was visible from my window. Buffet breakfast food was good quality and staff were all friendly and helpful.
There was nothing I disliked.

The location and breakfast were good
Rooms were extremely small. Had to go up a flight+ of steps with our luggage to get to room. There was no elevator This was not easy at our age.

Everything even had a singer on Friday night he was really good. And loved our complementary cocktail.
Fab breakfast good choice loved how it was all laid out. Very nice hotel love the colourful decor. Really nice helpful staff, definitely will return great location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location perfect, Breakfast great range with lots of choices. Staffing excellent helpful and curtious.
Great offer of drop off & storage of luggage.
My only issue was size of room, so little space. But clean & sufficiently appointed.

Great location with clean rooms. I stayed two nights on my own and changed to a twin room when my friend arrived. Very welcoming guest bar and dining space.
The scrambled eggs went pretty quickly at breakfast.
