Loved the location and the proximity to Waverley. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was well-stocked and ran for hours. The midday checkout was also handy!
It seems so simple, but while the hotel has wifi and the tv’s were massive - there was no ability to watch Netflix or any digital tv. Which seems like a basic ting these days for the price you pay.

Location was excellent and we were able to walk from the railway station. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean through out.
When we arrived at reception I showed the staff an email saying that a nice room on the first floor overlooking St Andrews Square had been allocated to us. However these rooms were already occupied so we were unable to have one.

Great room with AC, Nice interior, the bed was big and comfortable, well located and nice breakfast.
A bit expensive but as we had a great stay, feel it was worth it.

Parking was awful….0.6 miles away and dragging luggage that far in rain was awful.
Breakfast was mediocre…cornflakes not Kellogg but a cheap brand…orange juice very watered down….food below par.
Very expensive for what it was. Would not return!

Lovely hotel very chilled and relaxed. Loved the decor. Room was lovely and our beds were very comfortable

So small things orange juice in morning awful and watered down
My sister and i came for a shopping and relaxing experience. I paid the £770 for the view which was lovely. We stayed in one night as we had been out and about all day so thought we would relax and watch a film but the tv even though it shows different apps ie Netflix etc but none of these were available.
For the money i paid i felt that was not great

Wonderful
Location, location, location!! we found it much better to stay here and go into old town. The restaurants were excellent and it was very easy to get around. Good air conditioning and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like. Would have been nice to have some irregular fried eggs for breakfast. Breakfast options were fairly decent each morning though.
