Perfectly situated in a quite area with busy streets a stones through a way. Had lunch and breakfast. Soup was lovely, and great choices for breakfast.
Lovely big comfortable bed.
Noise position of room from last time. Last year had room looking over the square, this time roofs and buildings, presume in the morning deliveries were being made as quite a bit of noise. It didn't spoil our stay though.

Everything ! The Hotel, The Staff, The Food, The Location and the lovely upgrade that we got was made extra special with the postcard in the room welcoming us back again, really made us feel special.The whole weekend was truly fabulous, thank you ❤️

Great welcome,dead quirky decor,clean and tidy.
Bedroom and shower room spotless.Bedding,pillows all comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was excellent,best haggis I've ever tasted, didn't disappoint.
Reception staff were so helpful.

Location close to city centre. Decor was fun. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff very attentive and courteous.
Room was a bit small. Huge tv on wall had to lie on bed as position of chairs you couldn't see the TV.

The lounge and bar areas were comfortable and nicely decorated, making the hotel feel cheery. It was pleasant to sit here for a drink or to have a bite to eat.
The breakfast was very good and I was impressed that there was something to suit most tastes and dietary requirements, including for vegans and those conscious of their health. It felt that care and thought had gone into providing a wide range of options.
One of our twin bedrooms was too small for two people. There was barely room to walk between the bed and the wall and a table and chairs were squeezed in. The other twin room was bigger but had no natural light; the window opened onto the wall of the next building.

OK choice at breakfast. Was taking my mother in law to The Dome for evening meal so chose hotel as its close to it. Have stayed before and had a much larger room and although I did book a smaller room as
needed 2 rooms but I didn't expect it to be so small with barely room to get around the bed
Room size double room for 2 one chair not two, two wouldn't fit the space anyway

Brilliant location, excellent shower, nice breakfast selection and helpful staff. Felt safe and secure and we were able to leave our bags for the day after checking out. Highly recommend.
