Central, easy to get to from airport by tram. Clean accommodation and staff were helpful and really nice, professional and friendly. Breakfasts were really good also.

1st stay in Edinburgh and what a hotel was so lovely and funky decor was immaculate very clean and great location had everything round about you staff was also so nice 10/10’for our stay would highly recommend Breakfast was also included which was fab and a lot to choose from buffet style

Room was so small not possible for two people to stay. It was hard to sit during breakfast. It was not bad but if your expectations is not high.

We liked everything. Comfortable, clean, great bar, good breakfast. Location was 10/10 and reception staff were excellent. We loved that they stored our bags before check-in and after we checked out so we could explore a little more before our train.

The location, the hotel is very clean, has a nice breakfast, and offers food. The staff is extremely helpful and very polite.
I would like a few extra items in the room (e.g., toothpaste, slippers).

Location and staff very friendly and helpful
Very clean and looks great
One of the lifts is out of order and looking back on reviews it must have been for months so if you had heavy bags and or couldn’t use stairs quite a wait at times . As part of reducing plastics the hotel do not provide water in the room , there is a re fillable bottle provided and instructions to use water dispenser out in corridor , however this was out of order as well! Do not understand why glass bottles of water could not be provided in room when paying almost £400 a night !
Had to buy them from bar!
Also feel that the size of the room vs cost of the room really needs to be addressed , it was very small , lovely but very small, very good photographer with a wide angled lens must have taken the photos!
