Location was excellent and easy to find. Staff were first class and friendly with all the customers.
Room was a little bit on the small side. We booked a queen suite, the room we stayed in (312) I think might not actually have been what we booked

Great location within easy walking distance of Princes Street and in the other direction the St James Quarter and the Playhouse Theatre. Comfortable beds and great shower. The room was small but we'll designed. Very quiet at night although in the city centre.
Prefer being able to open a window for ventilation.

I liked the ambiance and tidiness of our room and the facilities especially the bathroom. The buffet breakfast options were excellent and satisfactory. The location of the hotel is also near the city center which is easy and convenient. They also upgraded or room to a beautiful view upon request.
I only did not like the lack of cleanliness in some sheets and pillows cases.

Excellent location in easy reach of facilities staff were very friendly and helpful
I will tip for the very good service but do not like it when it's automatically added to your bill presuming that it's OK even though you can ask for it to be removed making it awkward also had to query my bill as it was wrong

Quirky, modern and great facilities.
Really comfy bed, fantastic shower.
We arrived at 10am and were offered rooms on lower ground floor that were ready, or we could wait until 3pm for original rooms that we booked.
The rooms were a great size and it was so handy to be able to check in so early.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Smell of the lower ground floor between exiting the lift and getting into our rooms.

The food was great but the dining area did not flow.
The room was absolute frozen we had asked for an early check in but couldn’t get it until after our show we had to ask for a heater

Hotel is individual, quirky, spotlessly clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect location in city centre. Plenty of choice at continental breakfast. Live music available.

Room compact but clean & comfortable. No street noise. Nice bar downstairs
Great location for shops, dining out & theatre.,
No conditioner or moisturiser. Had hand soap, shower gel & shampoo.
That would be my only complaint.
