Room was spacious and provided walk in shower as requested. Room was very cold on arrival but after about two hours it was comfortable. I had a light lunch and it was lovely. We didn't have breakfast as we were out early with friends

Surprisingly good and varied breakfast. Helpful staff.
Bed was too firm as was one of the pillows. We were only just warm enough - duvet is too light for winter. I appreciate hotel trying to cut electricity costs, but when there’s no heating unless room card is in place it meant it was pretty cold when we returned at 10pm.

One of the best rooms in this hotel. Overlooking the old houses. I cant help but remember the scene from mary poppins with all the chimneys having smoke and the rooftops. Very comfortable and room is spacious. Love the toiletries (aran).
Location of the hotel is in front of the park with statue of paddington bear.

Location is nice. It is in front of a park with paddington bear statue. Food is good. I can eat the same spread and it is still delicious. Staff are very accomodating.
Since it is in the 1st floor, it was kind of cold. Due to the draft coming in.

Brilliant location, nicely decorated. good value. staff friendly. breakfast good.
Lift was out of order, but even if it wasn’t, to get to room 115 you had to go out to the stairs (which stank of smoke) and then go along and up half a flight of stairs which is less than ideal with luggage. then when I got back to the room later that evening after dinner with my parents I realised the room also stank of smoke. It was too late by that point to change rooms.

Location. Breakfast was decent.
Room too small, located in an attic. No shower pressure, literally dripped out. Lifts did not function effectively.

My only complaint is that our room was extremely stuffy.! Which made it hard for me to sleep. But everything else was absolutely perfect!
