I was delighted with my overnight stay at this hotel, the room was fantastic overlooking St Andrews Square, and very contemporary and chic in its style. I had no idea it would be this good! The breakfast was excellent!! I will definitely be back and highly recommend it when you’re visiting Edinburgh.
The room was a bit cool when we arrived, but once I realised to adjust the thermostat it warmed up within 10 min, it was the middle of December and cold outside.

Brilliant view of Edinburgh from the top floor balcony
Couldn’t connect to Netflix but wasn’t a big deal or would’ve asked staff for assistance. Only thing I would change is I prefer a full breakfast to a continental one

Everything was perfect. Location is terrific, it is in a quiet area but very near to all facilities.
The room is well decorated and spotless.
The bathroom is spotless, and the toiletries are of excellent quality.
Only, I didn't like the glass bathroom door. Although it looks contemporary, it lacks noise privacy while you are using the toilet

The location was ideal , right in the center of Edinburgh, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice for a continental. Most of the staff was friendly
Bar food was very poor.Selection of beer on tap was very limited..Rooms were on the small size.customer toilets are on the lower ground floor.

It is very central and opposite the main bus station, so perfect if visiting from other cities. It is very modern with interesting decor and art. The room had everything you need and was very clean. Hot drinks and fresh milk were provided. The milk is a special touch!
The breakfast was good, there were some hot food options and a good selection of continental options. The staff were helpful and friendly and the price was excellent value for money.
The room was very compact but perfectly functional.

Perfect location for exploring the city centre (great restaurants nearby). The room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the town and sea. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in their charming, well-decorated dining room.
