Breakfast is fine however, Its facilities could be improved and a little more Mediterranean culture could be added. Location is perfect… You can walk to the historical and important places.

staff were very professional,welcoming,and helpful...very accommodating to my needs for my stay..rooms were clean tidy,spacious..bed was very comfortable..2 nights stay i had a wonderful sleep..very wide selection for breakfast..scrambled eggs were delicious..being solo female traveller..I felt very secure..after 8pm. only access to enter is key card..great location, close to all amenities

Perfectly located to discover the city, in a really lovely area.
Unfriendly staff. The rooms were extremely small, and ours were at the back, facing a narrow alley that was noisy at night due to trucks and vans parking to load and unload.

The location can't be beat. The staff are so friendly and they pay attention to security. The lounge/breakfast area is fun, unpretentious, and stylish. I loved the breakfast spread and all day coffee. My room was very clean and fresh smelling.
There was nothing that I found sufficiently unsatisfactory to post online.

Location was perfect. Only couples of minutes from tram, bus and train station. You could walk to Royal Mile in about 5 minutes. Breakfast was decent and freshly made. Hotel was really quiet and comfortable. Staff helped us and even managed us to do early check in on our arrival.
Room was a bit small, but bright enough. However two suitcases were difficult to manage

Location.
Noise in room 111. Sounded like an industrial fridge compressor coming on and off. It wasn't the air conditioning.
No in-room ironing facilities, but there is an ironing room on floor 2.
