Friendly staff, very helpful too. Good selection of breakfast.room was ok but could do with a small fridge and safety deposit box in the room, and a table to put the tea making facilities on, Pleasant stay.
Our only complaint was on both nights we stayed we woken up very early morning before 6am by either a delivery lorry or a bin lorry with lots of shouting and made no effort to keep quiet having no thought about people sleeping, this should be done at least 8am were not impressed.

The premier room was fabulous ! I would stay here again without any hesitation. The hotel staff were so lovely and friendly, and I liked the contemporary look of the rooms. Great location too. Excellent hotel.
The food menu could be much improved upon.

The hotel is in a great location for all the historic sites and also has easy access for the airport. The hotel has a laid back feel and is not formal and stuffy.
Couldn't get to grips with the aircon and the position of the shower head in the shower is difficult to work with.

Loved the modern decor in reception and the room including the poster art. Powerful shower. Comfortable bed. Very clean,

Teas/coffees etc topped up daily.
Amazing location, right in the heart of the city but not noisy. 10 minute walk from train station.
Food available in the evening and bar.
The only negative was the room was smaller than expected but we would stay here again.

Disappointing
The accommodation was grossly overpriced. One night for bed and breakfast cost £340. (We stayed for five nights (bed and breakfast) in the centre of Munich the previous week. It cost £750 in total.) The room at ibs styles was small and cramped - no room to move about. The breakfast offered was poor compared to the majority of hotels we have stayed in.

The location is excellent and very close to everything. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast selection was okay.

Check- in - efficient and polite. Breakfast - fine. Location - excellent.
Room was very small and cramped. Dinner options - limited and only so-so. Decor was NOT attractive - random, with loud, conflicting colours. PRICE was VERY HIGH!
