Very Good
Great location with easy access to main train & bus stations. It is also an easy walk to the Royal Mile, as long as you don’t have an issue with stairs. Staff are friendly & helpful. Good value for a convenient location. It is an easy, safe & cheerful place to base yourself or convenient transit hotel.
Bathroom door not well sealed. Breakfast ok though coffee almost undrinkable

Room was lovely. Wraparound balcony with furniture. Open and airy room. Breakfast we well organised, plenty of options and the Haggis was great. It was also well stocked and staff kept up with the demand - wasn't a time I went to get something and it wasn't there.
I genuinely can't think of anything the could have been done better.

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing/restaurants/shopping. Comfortable rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They can point you to the best local dining spots, hidden gems, and convenient transport links.

The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable!
I notified the hotel before we arrived to say I was Celiac, and paid the rate to include a evening meal! Unfortunately there was very little choice on the menu for Celiacs! And we had to eat out a few times!
Breakfast consisted of gluten free bread! No gluten free cereals!
In conclusion we won't be staying again!

Room was cold, arrived from late flight, just wanted to get to bed but this wasn't pleasant, staff tried their best to help though.
