Absolutely loved the location- about 20m off The Royal Mile. Surrounded by fabulous pubs and other dining options. Easy to get public transport or walking distance to everything. The staff were great, responsive, polite and very friendly -nothing was a bother. Breakfast was fabulous. The rooms are the size you expect for a city hotel - very clean and great value for money. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it. Oh - and a lift which is essential when tired!
The only minis I have is that our rooms were alongside one of the many ‘closea’ or alleyways and so we heard all the late night and early morning revellers. That would be easily rectified with ear plugs.
Just be mindful that it is in a busy city and be traveller alert.

The location of the hotel is excellent. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and getting around was extremely easy. It’s right next to Royal Mile, and thanks to its perfect location I could reach everywhere I wanted within minutes. The property was clean and well maintained. I didn’t purchase breakfast or have breakfast at the property, but the service at the bar was great and available throughout the day and night. Everyone working here was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I’d like to thank each of them again for their kindness and help. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is the best it can be. The rooms were cleaned regularly. Friendly staff.
Needless doors and stairs in the hotel which makes difficult to move with luggage. The room was small, the bathroom was small as well. Wardrobe was uncomfortably placed and small.
All these things can be lived with if the rates are more affordable, but looks like this hotel has such high prices because of location but other facilities are average.

Good location. Right on the mile , pub next door was good too .. live music every night
Hotel bar / lobby wasn’t pleasant. Lots of men hanging around talking loudly , no respect for other guests .. didn’t want to drink there ..
