Location excellent. Easy to check in etc. Friendly staff. Breakfast good value.
In an accessible room (which we didn’t require) and bathroom was a wet room and flooded when we used shower. No cleaners were available so used towels to dry.

Excellent location, clean rooms, staff were welcoming.
First morning we were looking forward to a little lie in but unfortunately they were having some building work done and we were woken up by drilling and banging at 8:30.

Disappointing
It was at the center of the city. Staff was helpful.
Maintenance construction was ongoing. If you use the hotel for the night only no problem, but if you are jet lagged or need a siesta no luck.
Also the first day there was no hot water and with the help of the staff we had to transfer to the other IBIS hotel for the night. Next day, moved back again.

It looked very unclean . The lifts weren’t working at times. The rooms very small and basic for the price . Food was cold at breakfast. Work was been carried out do noisy at times

Location was perfect. Lots of nearby pubs and restaurants. Just off the Royal Mile so able to walk everywhere we wanted to go

Convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable beds
On the last day the hotel was full of contractors doing work in the corridors creating horrendous noise and hazardous conditions. It seemed very unreasonable for this to be happening whilst the hotel was full of guests.n
