Location to Castle nice appropriate 10 minute walk. Longer walk but enjoyable one to New Town. Very clean. Helpful pleasant staff. Refreshments and other amenities needed approximately available in the room. Highly recommend.

The friendly staff on Reception and also efficient staff in dining room. Lovely breakfast, not a complaint but would prefer better selection of lower sugar cereal and we were in Scotland where was the porridge ? Had a very good pizza in the evening.
We were on Floor 2, and the right hand lift never responded it was always the one up the steps neither of us being good on stairs this was a bit of a nuisance
