We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the service was excellent.
The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and would happily return again.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Amazing location! Just half a block from the middle of the Royal Mile. Perfect for walking EVERYWHERE! They have a fabulous buffet!
Rooms are quite expensive even for it being high season.

Close to everything and walkable. Was given a fan as I suffer from hot flushes night so was good to have it.
Aircon didn’t work, receptionist took a look also didn’t know why it wasn’t working. Very noisy from the street, people, pubs, street events - noisy all night yo 5am.

Rooms were really small even by European standard. The twin beds were so narrow you couldn’t turn over without falling off.

It was clean and it was centrally located
It was very warm, the air conditioner didn’t work so we had to keep a window open all night, and we were essentially in the middle of the Fringe festival, which went till after 4 AM. We got very little sleep over the course of the two days we were there.

We booked the property for the location however we were unaware that it faces onto a space where undesirable people frequent and police presence was required constantly.
For the price we paid this property was way below value. Room was hot due to aircon dining not working properly. The bathroom amenities were inadequate. We had to request 3 times for face washers. No phones in rooms to ring reception.

The bar was open all day and until 4am.
The rooms & bathrooms were so small. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Room was very hot. Only an "air cooler" no AC. We had to ask for an extra portable fan. The hotel was way too expensive for the quality.

The location was very good, and the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The bathroom was also good and well maintained
There were quite a few things we were disappointed with. The sofa bed was very poor quality and really not comfortable enough to sleep on. The curtains had several holes in them, and overall the room felt very worn out and quite old. It wasn't really a room where we felt like spending much time.
We had also paid extra to upgrade to a premium room specifically for the view, but unfortunately the view was partially blocked and didn't feel worth the additional cost.
Overall, the room definitely needs refurbishment and better maintenance, especially considering the premium room price
