Very Good
The room was very clean, the water in the shower was hot, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved that there was a window I could open. There was lots of variety for breakfast and even though I'm not really a fan of buffet service, the food was hot and fresh regardless of when I arrived.
I thought cost per night was high for the size of the room, the location above a pub, and the fact there was no dining in service for dinner.

Exceptional
The hotel was in a central location to Old Edinburgh’ and all of the great shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean.. and the hotel had a bright and comfortable sitting/bar area. I thought everything was excellent. I would highly recommend it… and would definitely stay there again.

Nothing .very bad room and very bad facilities We took with them about air condition and ventilation , they did not do any thing apart from bring small fan , and they told us u can use toilet paper instead of tissue

A lot of noise during the evening's to early mornings from the venues around. We heard multiple fights breaking out on the streets every single night.
