The location can’t be beat! You’re right off the Royal Mile, and it’s very quiet at night! The staff were very friendly, buffet breakfast was good and the bar downstairs is open until 4am!

The team was wonderful under my stressful circumstances, I was very late checking-in because it was an unexpected one, I had 19% battery on my phone and they found me a charger. Upgraded my room and made me comfortable in a very stressful situation.

Location was great.
Staff not helpful. No beside tables. Only 1 towel between us. No complimentary biscuits. Shower we cold and no power. Room was freezing, dark and depressing.

Honestly the stuff was incredible! I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and warmness! They really add a lot to the hotel that was more than a great stay! Thank you so much! Definitely would recommend!
