The location was perfect. The room was clean. Staff very friendly.
Breakfast: we were told that there was gluten free options such as bread, but there was none. We still ate well but should not promote GF if there is no GF options.

The staff were very efficient and welcoming and the breakfast was ample with a variety of options
The smell in the bedroom! Which we discovered was the soaking wet carpet from a leaking room temperature.

The hotel was in a central location to Old Edinburgh’ and all of the great shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean.. and the hotel had a bright and comfortable sitting/bar area. I thought everything was excellent. I would highly recommend it… and would definitely stay there again.

We took with them about air condition and ventilation , they did not do any thing apart from bring small fan , and they told us u can use toilet paper instead of tissue

Amazing location! Just half a block from the middle of the Royal Mile. Perfect for walking EVERYWHERE! They have a fabulous buffet!
Rooms are quite expensive even for it being high season.

It was clean and it was centrally located
It was very warm, the air conditioner didn’t work so we had to keep a window open all night, and we were essentially in the middle of the Fringe festival, which went till after 4 AM. We got very little sleep over the course of the two days we were there.

The bar was open all day and until 4am.
The rooms & bathrooms were so small. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Room was very hot. Only an "air cooler" no AC. We had to ask for an extra portable fan. The hotel was way too expensive for the quality.
