Disappointing
The hotel's location is inconvenient and the staff service is poor. On the first night, when checking in, I waited for several minutes but no front desk staff came. So I called out to see if anyone was there. Suddenly, a male staff member came out and looked at me with a very unfriendly look. He said to me very rudely, "Why are you shouting?" His attitude towards guests was very unprofessional.

There was a problem with the room but the staff went out of their way to fix it. It was a bit noisy with traffic but to be expected near a busy airport which was why I selected it - very convenient. Room was weel designed and practical. Breakfast fine
The smell in the shower which was why I was moved and the keycard didn't work but again quickly solved

Location. Reception staff
Bed was not arranged, we were asked to do it on our own as house keeping had left. Coffee machine was not working in the night. Breakfast was average... overall in Glasgow, we paid less than half the cost for 3times more comfort than IBIS in Edinburgh.

Hotel close to the airport. The room was small but enough for 2/3 days stay.
The shower was not cleaned properly, with some hair of previous guests still on the walls. There was no shower gel left and despite we asked to get that refilled the staff didn’t do until we went again to ask the same. We were there during the Fringe so probably the prices were inflated, but overall we found the room to be too expensive for the facilities offered. Not a great value for money, but noting that Edinburgh is really expensive anyway.

Location was good. I would have preferred a slightly bigger room.. Got what I paid for I suppose (which much was less than majority of places I stayed in my 6 weeks in Scotland) .Hotel was modern with lifts that was appreciated.
A bigger toilet room and just overall room by say 3 feet in length.

Upon arrival, our room had a full bed and a small bunk bed above. We were 3 elderly adults. We then asked for a room with a twin bed and a full bed as we had booked. They gave us a handicap accessible room.
It is only a few tram stops from the airport and there is a nice Mall across a busy road, both were convenient. Staff was pleasant to deal with as well.
There was no hair dryer in the room. There were only three bath towels - no face cloths or hand towels. Not sure we would stay there again.
