Budget friendly. Staff friendly and helpful.
Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower is a decent size with good, hot, strong pressure.
Close to the airport. 4 minutes to a tram stop (for airport or to city centre and Leith) and another few minutes to a shopping mall.
Food and drinks available in the main entrance. Outside seating.

Location is excellent and at quite place which is very near to public transportation (tram station), supermarket and shopping mall opposite to hotel. The best thing is that Hotel provide (at restaurant area) microwave to heat up your food, cutlery, free water, tea and coffee all the time. Anytime you can use it freely and the staff is cooperative.
Rooms are very small and didn't like overhead bunk bed.
Toilet and shower place are very small.

The staff. The tram and gyle centre is so close. On the map it looks very near the airport. But never heard or saw a plane once. And an hour's walk but short tram ride
Budget in the name but expensive for what it's is. The room decor for example. It's also far from the city centre although it has the tram line 5 minutes walk away. Would be a 10 if cheaper per night.

The room was clean and tidy. It matches the budget room expectations, Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good as it is near the airport and it is easily reachable by public transportation (Tram). it was easy to check in and check out. we have also left our luggage until the check in time which was 15:00. it is also close to the city center by tram. So in short, location was good, Clean and nice room and has everything needed for a short stay.
I have not noticed something significant that disturbed us during our stay. Everything was okay and nice. Also the staff showed the max. level of support and understanding. However the check in time was bit late at 15:00 but we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel.

The location is perfect. Right next to a shopping mall with grocery store. One Tram ride away from the city center and airport. This is a perfect spot who wants to be close but not too close to the city.
Not much that I did not like, just a suggestion. Posting a menu of some kind for what is available for grab at the resto/bar. I may have missed it if there was one.

IBIS was clean and tidy and close to the tram and shopping centre.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a bonus being able to get breakfast and having a bar on site. While we didn't have the pizzas they looked very nice.
