The feeling, the athmosphere and the location is the best. The hotel is lovely, a little gemstone. In Edinburgh I wanted something that fits into the athmosphere, I've got with this hotel. I wouldn't go anywhere else when I got the chance to.visit Edinburgh again.
The bed, for two people I think it was a little on the short size because otlf the soft edges. I cuddle with my partner while we sleep, but the edges of the matress is a little soft and we have to position ourself fully in the middle.

Interesting decor in public areas and room very comfortable and well appointed. Very clean en-suite area. Good breakfast selection and breakfast was good value for money. Very central position opposite Edinburgh Waverley Station on Princes Street. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and room servicing staff efficient.
A big down is the very unpleasant smell in the enclosed bit of corridor leading to the lift on the ground floor. This emanates from a toilet adjacent to the lift door. I have reported this and it is hopefully receiving remedial attention.

Perfect location for shopping and hopping over to the old town. Decent breakfast, great staff. Comfortable bed.
Room are not enormous. Our room needed a full length mirror. Bathroom has no hangers for hand towels.

Breakfast was excellent and rooms were cozy
The Tv in our room had disrupted service and wasn’t working. Disappointed they didn’t tell us at check-in I went down to the front desk later in the evening and asked them I was told it was out on our floor. We should have been let know at the time of check-in.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location on Princes Street is outstanding, and the service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Staff members immediately offered to help with my luggage without me even having to ask, and the same thoughtful service continued throughout my stay and when I departed.
My room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, peaceful and extremely comfortable. I loved the elegant, classic wooden furnishings, the lighting, the colours and the very comfortable bed. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the bathroom was modern and immaculate. I also appreciated having a mini-fridge and minibar.
The breakfast was excellent, with a lovely menu, and every member of staff I encountered was warm, friendly and helpful specially Mr. Gregory.
The hotel also offered excellent value for money considering its location, comfort and quality of service. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I return to Edinburgh. One of my favourite hotel experiences!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Princes Street and were very happy with our overall experience.The location is absolutely fantastic — extremely central and perfect for exploring Edinburgh on foot. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, and the bed was particularly comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.
We booked the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package and were very happy with it overall. The dinner allowance is £40 per person, which we found very generous and good value. However, this limit was not communicated to us in advance, either during the booking process or in our correspondence with the hotel about dinner reservations. We only found out when we arrived at the restaurant. The allowance itself is excellent; it is just something that should be made clear to guests before arrival.
