The location is perfect, clean rooms and bathrooms, welcoming staff, and helpful they took care of our luggage and carried them to the floor where our rooms were allocated as the elevator stops on floor before our floor and have to take the stairs

Location~even though this side Princess St. has become a mass of people. Gemma and Edwina were excellent when upper management failed to respond in a proper manner!
Not the quality I was accustomed to from this company. We stayed in Bath and Milan and was disappointed in the lack of imagination of Edinburgh hotel. Creepy lower lobby with fake greenery attached to the walls…uninviting walk to the back with small elevator. No proper security. Elevator open to anyone that entered from the street. New store next door has junkies hanging out…causing issues with stealing ect…without any consequences!

Did not like the fact that a family had their dog on the seat in the restaurant....not acceptable when I've got good clothes on.... staff seemed to ignore this.. sorry found this pretty disgusting
