The location was excellent the room was comfortable and clean bathroom outstanding and the staff were very friendly.
There wasn’t a lift to the floor where we stayed.

Short staffed at breakfast with one male server decidedly moody! Also was told in the bar that a private function meant limited access to seating,but only a handfull of private guests were present with plenty of room by the bar for hotel guests
