Wonderful
The room exceeded my expectations and was very clean, with much more space than anticipated. The room was provided with complimentary snacks and water. The staff was very friendly and took in my suitcase hours before check-in time. They called me when my room was ready early, and my case was waiting for me in my room, which was greatly appreciated.

Spacious room, nice decor. Great location in the centre of Edinburgh. Nice touches for Christmas.
A couple of minor points. Our room was on the 5th floor but lift only goes to 4th which was a bit of a struggle with heavy case. Also there is no gym (although we knew that before booking).

Location - excellent bar and restaurant.
No real area for residents to relax without buying something from bar. Asked to give up seats in library area as we waited after checking out on Thursday afternoon- bit disappointed in treatment after staying 2 nights in hotel.

Had a fabulous couple of days in the indigo hotel Princes Street. Our room was ready so was able to check in a little earlier. Location is great, fantastic for the Christmas market .Staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The room and hotel are spotless and beautifuly decorated for Xmas X

Very well decorated, unique style of furniture and fixtures. Our room is big and the bathroom & toilet are big, enough space for a wheelchair and have a sit under the shower. Our bed are king size. Room service and food are excellent. There’s a lift and a beautiful staircase.
I didn’t find anything I don’t like. It’s my favourite place now

The location is great, right in the middle of Edinburgh. The common areas were lovely, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, as was the bar for an evening whisky overlooking the castle.
As others have mentioned, there was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom. Thankfully it was intermittent, but it was unpleasant when it happened.
The downside of being centrally located is that there's quite a bit of noise during the night.

- I stayed for my daughter’s graduation ceremony.
After having dinner outside and returning to my room, I found a chocolate plate with the word “Congratulations.”
I was delighted to receive such a wonderful message.
- The decoration was wonderful.
- I was able to enjoy breakfast in a spacious seat, feeling relaxed and comfortable.
I am not sure whether it was due to the drainage or poor ventilation, but there was an unpleasant odor lingering in the room.
The walls seemed thin, as I could hear noises from the neighboring room as well as sounds from the hallway, which woke me up in the middle of the night.
