Location~even though this side Princess St. has become a mass of people. Gemma and Edwina were excellent when upper management failed to respond in a proper manner!
Not the quality I was accustomed to from this company. We stayed in Bath and Milan and was disappointed in the lack of imagination of Edinburgh hotel. Creepy lower lobby with fake greenery attached to the walls…uninviting walk to the back with small elevator. No proper security. Elevator open to anyone that entered from the street. New store next door has junkies hanging out…causing issues with stealing ect…without any consequences!

It was very convenient to everything without being on the noisy Royal mile. I lucked out and found it easy to get on and off the airport bus - only 1.5 blocks away. The food was great for breakfast and dinner.

الفندق مكانه ممتاز جدًا في قلب شارع الأمراء ومقابل محطة القطار والباص. وجنبكم كل شيء حرفيًا مطاعم كوفيهات بقالة صيدلة. الفندق نظيف ومرتب وعجبني بالتصميم حاطين لوحات لشخصيات اسكتلنديه على الممرات حرفيًا كأنكم داخلين متحف. تعامل الموظفين فوق الممتاز وخدومين جدًا. الأكيد اني انصح فيه وبقوة وبيكون خياري الوحيد لو رجعت ادنبره.
الغرف كمساحة جيدة لكن اللي ماعجبني فيها هو المغلسة في دورة المياة تصميمها سيء يعني الصنبور جاي على طرف المغسلة فالموية تطشر وتعدم الارضية بالموية.

It was close to Waverley Train Station.
We took the half board which wasn’t good value at all. It just gave us each a £40 credit on what we ate from the dinner menu. Why pay £40 without any extra value?

Conveniently located near tram stop and in walking distance to Old Town and New Town, so you can see it all without a car or taxi. We also were provided an early check-in, which was much appreciated after traveling from San Diego on back-to-back flights and arriving at 10am.
The only complaint was limited breakfast time and menu availability, but great snacks helped tie us over.

Location was fabulous across from the train station and an easy walk to attractions and the Royal Mile. Rooms were really well done. Great bed, towels, very clean and the restaurant/lounge was great. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edinburgh.
