Loved the friendly professional staff. Nice rooms, we had want for nothing. Different breakfast experience then we're used to, but it was in all very good.

Good location and the hotel style was great
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good
There was a constant tapping in the room which was annoying the room was on the small size and felt a bit cramped. And the view was no existent.

Great location
Pillows were flat, would be nice to have known about dog bed being provided as we brought our own (maybe we were told but don't think so), toilet seat was wobbly, TV remote worked when it wanted to, was slightly annoyed I was told I hadn't mentioned we were bringing a dog when I had mentioned it, he did then realise we had a dog friendly room and we'd been given bed and treats, a little apology would've sufficed is all
